Vanquish the Volturi Within ;)

Okay, you can admit it: we all have our little faults. We try to be good little boys and girls most of the time, but we can slip up. If you are a Twilight fan, you are no stranger to the Volturi, hmm? For the rest of you, the Volturi is the sort of "royal family" in the vampire world, according to the Twilight Saga by Stephenie Meyer. They are KINDA crazy, each in their own way. On the surface, they're polished and refined, but underneath? Total psychos. Each for their own reason. Here's how to vanquish the Volturi within, one member at a time!

Aro:
Personally, I think that it's awfully hard to hate Aro. He's just so friendly and courteous to everybody. However, a few millenia can make you go more than a little insane. Aro's talent is that he can read every thought you've ever had with just one touch. This ability has made him somewhat the self-appointed leader of the Volturi, and the rest of them are okay with that. What Aro is doing wrong is that he's taking the saying "knowledge is power" and twisting it into not-so-pleasant ways. Knowledge IS power. Aro has as much knowledge as anyone who has ever touched his hand, therefore, he is the most powerful. Don't become like Aro, gathering information, a power-hungry, unstoppable force. Learn to use what you know for the forces of good.

Caius:
I'll admit it... no one really likes Caius. He's absolutely crazy. Frankly, he wants nothing more than violence, death, and destruction. I think it's pretty obvious what he's doing wrong here. He goes out of his way to see others dwindle away, making him feel stronger, knowing that he has such a capacity to destroy. HELLO! Whatever you choose to do, please don't let it be this. Feel true joy for the success of another human being! Don't be rash about things, act impulsively, and cackle evilly while everyone but you comes crashing down. Not a good thing. At all.

Marcus:
It's sort of hard to formulate an opinion about Marcus, I think, mainly because he's just so boring. And he's boring because he's bored. Try to look at things in a positive way! And Marcus has the power to see relationships, which is actually a good thing, so long as he doesn't misuse his power. Marcus has no wife, and is the least vivid of the three main leaders of the Volturi. Perhaps with good reason- the poor man has simply seen too many centuries of Aro's enthusiasm. Unlike him, try to relish in the enthusiasm of others rather than shun it. After all, we only have one lifetime of it to take!

Jane:
Jane is a relatively young member of the Volturi, twin sister to Alec. Her talent was acquired after her experience of being burned at the stake back in the witch-hunting era. She and Alec were thought to be witches, so their punsishment was carried out, but not completed, as Aro rescued the twins before death. The horrible experience gave Jane the talent of inflicting pain with her thoughts. Don't be this way! No mind games, because those are never any good.

Alec:
Alec is Jane's twin brother, and her antidote. While Jane causes fiery torture, Alec completely numbs all of your senses, leaving you absolutely alone in the dark. This can be destructive because giving people the cold shoulder, leaving them alone, and in the dark- that's bad. They will slowly crumble, and it's an awful thing to have others be destroyed inside.

Well, I think that just about covers the 5 main Volturi members, yes? Remember, the Volturi are on the brink of insanity! Follow these tips and live a happy lifestyle! LOL. Tell me what you want me to write about and I'd be more than happy to. thanks!

Love and kisses,
Patty ♥
